Leroy Fletcher was born on January 3, 1918 in Rosebud, PA.  He served in World War II and was a Japanese prisoner of war.  He received the Purple Heart. His first wife was Shirley died of cancer. His second wife was Jean White Fletcher.  He had no children. Leroy died in ? and is buried in New Haven, CT at the Grand Ave. Congrational Church cemetary.
