Laura's Page

Laura Elizabeth Fletcher was born Oct. 3, 1971 in Lufkin, Texas to John H. Fletcher Jr. and Linda Susan Payne.  She is the third and youngest daughter.

On Sept. 26, 1992 Laura married Wayne Moses.  Wayne (born July 24, 1967) is the son of Ray Valentine Moses and Eloise Brown Moses*

Sept 26, 1992 Laura and Wayne's Wedding day. On Laura's left (viewing right) are her sisters Tracey next to her and Heather on end.  On Laura's right (viewing left) are her friends B.J. next to her and Paula at end. In front is Laura's niece (Tracey's daughter) Megan. Practice was the day before, afterwards we went to her Mom's for a delicious fish fry.  The weather on her wedding day was overcast and rainy at first but it cleared up a little later on.

* Wayne's father Ray V. Moses was born Feb. 14, 1937.  His mom, Eloise Brown Moses was born Sept. 4, 1939. His parents were married on April 12, 1958. Wayne is the fourth of five children.

Meet Laurie and Wayne's "children". The Cinnamon Chow-Chow was Kunshi Confusious Moses. He was born on Halloween, 10/31/85 but died of old age in 1998.  the Black Chow-Chow is Zaily Elizabeth Moses. She was born 4/5/93 and is still very healthy. The pussy cat is half Siamese and half Tabby.  Her name is Kooyon (which means "crazy" in cajun french) Moses. She was born 8/20/92 and is also still in her prime.

Wayne's parents share the joy with their son and his new bride.
